Tips For Use

Using a sponge can be a bit daunting the first few times. Hold the wet sponge between your thumb and index finger with the hole at the bottom. In either a squat or semi squat position gently push the sponge into your vagina with your index finger. Sponge removal should be done in the same position as insertion, using your index and middle fingers as tweezers; pinch the sponge and gently pull it down and out.
