How much does postage cost?

Postage costs are based on weight as per Australia Post Express Post prices:

Under 500g = $7.70

500g - 3kg = $10.90

3kg Plus = $15.00

This is automatically calculated for you at the checkout stage.

How long does it pack to ship and pack my order?

We will attempt to pack and ship all orders the next business day after the order is received. All orders received this week will not be posted until the 5th October 2010.

How do you package purchased goods?

All items are gift wrapped and then placed in an Australian Post Express Bag. For the sender's details we use a staff members name, so your postman will have no idea of what's inside.

What if I'm not home to accept delivery?

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention My Top Drawer in order to pick-up your package.

What am I subscribing to if I enter my email address in the box on the home page?

You are subscribing to our newsletter which will be sent out monthly. The newsletter will keep you up to date on new products and promotions. We will only email you our newsletter if you specifically request it. Otherwise the only contact you will have from My Top Drawer is the order confirmation after payment is received.

I am after a particular pair of Pleaser Shoes. Can you order them in for me?

We certainly can. Just send us an email at sales@mytopdrawer.com.au with the product details and we will organise delivery. We can also do special orders for Leg Avenue products.

Do your toys come with batteries?

They certainly do. We think its cruel to send you a new toy that you can't use if you don't happen to have batteries lying around.

I noticed that the packaging for my toy looks as though it has been opened before. Why is this, has it been used?

We open every toy and put batteries in to make sure that it works, before we send it out. It definitely has not been used before nor is it a returned product. We do this to minimize inconvenience to our customers in the case of a product being faulty.
